This person will support transactional banking needs across the various business lines and ensure all Greystone entities nationwide will have adequate liquidity to conduct business.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in Cash Management and Treasury functionsReview and submission of documentation for opening new bank accountsServe as backup for banking related functions such as entitlements, internal requests, ACH/Positive Pay exceptions, etc.Review and release cash disbursements in accordance with internal control guidelinesProcess grant requests in AP workflow and coordinate approval and fundingLiaise with staff in Israel office to reflect approval of grants and their payments in SalesForceMaintain organization of vendor and relevant master banking filesPrepare Cash Receipts and Cash Disbursements in Business Central (Accounting software)Reconcile cash regularlyPrepare set of books for the private FoundationDisseminate various Concur reports to Business Leaders relating to their teams' expendituresSubmit Guaranty of Payment forms on behalf of employees whose Amex applications are not approved on-lineProcess requests of employees for credit limit increase; fill out Guaranty of Payment formsReview Amex delinquency report and contact employees, as neededAssist in compiling the monthly financial dashboard for ManagementSpecial projects as requiredSkills and Experience Required3 years of Treasury/ Corporate Finance and/or Accounting experienceBachelor's in Finance or Accounting a mustMust have a strong work ethic and team player mentalityProactive in identifying and resolving issuesStrong analytical and excellent problem-solving skillsExperience with banking platformsMust have strong organizational and time management skillsMust be highly self-motivated pursuing continuous improvement to develop a comprehensive understanding of the businessExcellent oral and written communications skillsMust be effective communicator with all levels of employees, including senior managementDocumentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work independently and with a team with emphasis on accuracy and timelinessAdvanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe AcrobatAt Greystone, we believe that finding creative solutions for our clients comes from the collaboration of people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
