A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you assist the Manager with day-to-day operations. You ensure that all associates are working their shift productively and that goals are met each month. Being the amazing leader that you are, you work together with your staff to achieve individual, team, store, and corporate goals.
You will ensure our store is clean, organized, and inventoried at all times. You initiate conversations with all who enter our store, as well as display and market our retail items. As needed, you will resolve customer issues in a timely manner, follow up on special orders, and conduct customer phone calls. You help coordinate shipping and receiving merchandise and help to stock shelves along with maintaining a creative visual presentation of our store. Your attention to detail, great leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers (and create repeat business) will ensure your success as the Retail Supervisor.
* Strong customer service and retail experience
* Basic computer skills
* Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
