Role : Prog Mgr/DM

Visa Status : GC, USC

Location: San Jose, CA

Minimum of 8+ years prior experience with program/project management and overall 15-16 years of IT experience.

Strong Technical & Business PM experience.

Duel shore experience is mandatory.

Experience managing large cross functional projects & teams across the organization.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with a focus on quality of deliverables.

Comfortable with ambiguity and be able to run on limited information.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good influencing skills to negotiate with multiple levels of management across the organization and with stakeholder community.

Ability to up-level analysis findings to an executive level summary complete with directionally correct recommendations often in a tight timeframe

Problem-solving - business and technical knowledge that support effective business analysis

Ability to assess multiple requirements from cross-functional organizations to find patterns and identify common needs and associated business solutions.

Strong attention to details and accuracy.

Integrity to validate results.

SDLC knowledge is a MUST.
