Job DescriptionJob Summary We are looking for an individual with experience as an office coordinator/assistant for a growing millwork manufacturing facility. The office is located in Orlando, FL. This person will be required to take on various tasks while supporting a variety of clerical functions and corresponds with the shop, new/existing customers, vendors, suppliers, etc. 15-20 hrs./wk. Experience in construction field a plus!Job Functions include: Purchasing; receiving materials Reviewing and analyzing project bid documents and specifications Maintaining bid lists and detailed records of projects bid Assisting project managers / shop foreman Maintaining and building relationships with clients Taking phone calls and answering questions from customersRequired Skills Include: Quickbooks Microsoft Office Organization skills; Strong ability to multitask Customer service oriented attitude; Exceptional interpersonal communication Basic office equipment Fluent in English/Spanish a must***Job Type: Part timePay: $10.00-$13.00 per hourSchedule: Day Shift Monday thru Friday
