Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, has an immediate opening for a Material Handler in their VR2 facility located in Villa Rica, Georgia. This position is on a 3/2 rotating schedule working 8:00pm - 8:00 am Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Must be 18 years of age or older Must have 1-3 years experience of material handling and use of forklifts (stand-up & sit-down), pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks, or related equipment Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience using a RF gun ​ Internal Candidates: Last performance review was rated "Performer" or higher. Successful completion of 120 day probationary period No disciplinary actions beyond a written within the past 120 days. Job Responsibilities: General understanding of rack numbering systems, tags, raw materials, and WIP Willing to work night shift Willing to work overtime when required Efficient operation of stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials Performance of routine safety inspections of lift equipment Loading and unloading trucks Moving material and general support of warehouse, shipping/receiving, and material handling functions Responsible for maintaining the area or areas that they work in and around Material Handler must be willing to work with others to fulfill the key measures of the facility Must possess skills and knowledge to complete forms and paperwork that will properly account for material being moved and supplied to each machine EOE F/M/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disabled/Vet Printpack is proudly an equal opportunity employer.
