In this role, you will partner with internal technical and account management resources to plan strategic roadmaps to grow existing relationships, as well as working with our prospecting organization to acquire new customers. You will work closely with Ekata leadership to build external executive relationships and can expect to work with a group of fast-paced, customer-oriented problem solvers.As our Director of Enterprise Sales, you will:* Directly manage and scale a successful team of enterprise account executives* Create, implement and execute training programs to refine processes and maximize productivity and revenue generation in both remote and in person sales techniques* Understand the nuances of our target industries, maintain domain expertise and integrate messaging strategies to target appropriate sales opportunities to drive revenue* Execute and iterate on a repeatable interview, onboarding and training process for our growing sales team to limit sales ramp time and achieve success within the first few quarters* Conduct pipeline review meetings and regular 1-on-1s to accurately predict and forecast sales numbers and assist sales team in achieving their goals* Create and implement a training and certification program that creates a culture of learning* Build a mentorship program, giving a career path for newer enterprise sales reps, while continuing to ensure senior reps are continuing to hone their craft and thrive* Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process to ensure we set aggressive, achievable goals for the teamOur ideal Director of Enterprise Sales will have:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred* 8+ years of proven success in a combination of sales and/or sales management, with at least 2 years of successful people management in a B2B technology sales environment* Outside sales with customer facing experience as an individual contributor or manager required* Successful track record of building outbound focused sales organizations* History of using solution sales techniques to build value and solve specific customer problems* Proven ability to scale a rapidly growing sales organization* Experience in fast-paced startup environments and mature organizations alike* Salesforce and related systems and integrations experience requiredUnwavering in our pursuit of standardizing global identity data, we are approachable, real people that genuinely care about the success of those we partner with.
