Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the Sales and Operations of 6 HVAC Parts/Supplies/Equipment stores in CT and the immediate surrounding area.
  • Manages and mentors Store Managers/Associates and Warehouse Managers and Associates.
  • Promotes sales of Parts/Supplies/Equipment to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
  • Specific responsibilities will include: customer service, sales performance, cost controls, inventory control, business strategy, new business development, staff development, asset management, marketing strategy and HVAC technical support

    Description:

    Qualifications:

    * College degree preferred, but not required.

    * Ability to work well in a fast paced store environment

    * HVAC and/or Parts/Supplies experience required.

    * Excellent customer service and PC skills

    * Proven leadership and coaching abilities
