Responsible for assisting management with overall restaurant conditions and operations, in order to maximize customer experience and store
profitability. Fosters a coaching environment where employees want to excel and are recognized for their achievements. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is
generally scheduled to work separate shifts/days from the Restaurant Manager, with the exception of a day a week. Manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, and is expected to defer and refer to the Restaurant and/or Gen/Store Manager or Area Manager in matters of significance. This is an hourly, nonexempt position generally 40 hours a week.
