The PositionWe are looking for a high-energy and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team as a Sr. Field Sales Representative- Legal Sales, who will take ownership of our client relationships in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. This Sr. Field Sales Rep will be hyper-responsive to clients via phone, email, and meetings to discuss their needs and offer solutions. The Sr. Field Sales Rep will educate clients in the personal injury legal industry on our services and solve problems in order to successfully close deals while always providing superior client experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate comes from a legal background and, preferably, has knowledge of personal injury processes. He/She will operate as an individual contributor and have experience developing relationships and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Required Job Skills:

Responsibilities:

  • Continually identify, build and develop new client business with strategic targets in key market segments.
  • Maintain sales pipeline management with contact/opportunity/lead lists in CRM database.
  • Manage several meetings per week with clients and deliver results from these meetings. 
  • Know and understand the needs of key accounts within assigned territory.
  • Collaborate and problem solve with sales support departments to maximize sales team potential. 
  • Keep accurate records of prospect data in our CRM by updating client information and sending. notes to sales assistants.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to networking conferences that will require occasional overnight stays.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay abreast of industry developments.
  • Assist senior management in the development and updating of the regional business plans.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Ad Hoc projects as needed. 


Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, JD with experience in a field related to personal injury preferred. 
  • Minimum five years in business development or sales in the legal or related business industries.
  • Requires experience with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite and willingness to learn/use mobile and web-based sales and project management applications.
