This General Contractor is based in the Greater St. Louis area, and averages around $200M in revenue. They are well known for offering diverse project types, and a family first culture to cultivate teamwork and support for their 100 employees. This firm is seeking a Project Director who thrives within a leadership position who will be able to provide insight on how to build out their healthcare division.

The Successful Applicant
The Project Director should have the following: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or something similar 12+ years in the construction industry 3+ years as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director Experience building new or replacement hospitals Experience working on projects valued at $80M+ Ability to lead a team of Project Managers
