Job Description The Performance Manager leads the performance management team, which is responsible for developing and executing Global Performance Management Processes, Metrics, and Tools for GBS, as well as Governance for GBS contractual relationships. This role is part of McDonald’s Global Business Services (GBS), which operates in approximately 10 countries. GBS services include Finance, Payroll, and internal Agency & Creative Services Responsibilities: In conjunction with the Director establishes the team strategy and builds and executes on the roadmap to achieve success Develops and executes the service performance management program for GBS across geographies and services Partners with GBS Operations to determine appropriate metrics for various levels of reporting Manages the team that defines, executes, and distributes end to end Service Delivery performance reporting to applicable stakeholders Assesses Service Level Performance of GBS Operations and outsourcers – based on Target and Minimum Levels Identifies and assists in addressing Service Level Defaults and negative trends Consolidates performance reporting (including ongoing service and projects) from operational areas and distributes to all associated stakeholders Provides executive reporting on the performance and value of the outsourced relationship Identifies benchmarking opportunities and manages all GBS Advisory relationships Participates in the identification of project opportunities across the GBS organization Qualifications Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field 8+ years of business experience with a strong background in reporting, data analytics, financial responsibility and business decision-making Strong leadership skills required to coordinate and manage across multiple organizations, processes and initiatives Significant analysis and reporting experience Knowledge of reporting tools and best practices Ability to effectively navigate and understand organizational dynamics globally Ability to deliver across a broad stakeholder group Preferred Qualifications: In-depth exposure and experience of working with third party sourcing relationships and customers Strong written and oral communications skills Relationship management: consultative, collaborative, and client-oriented Detail oriented Creative problem solver Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups Ability to lead global projects Written and oral presentation experience to large and executive audiences Additional Information McDonald’s is committed to providing qualified individuals with disabilities reasonable accommodations to perform the essential functions of their jobs.
