Responsibilities Provide paralegal support to Medpace General Counsel and other legal staff; Perform initial review of company contracts and related documents; Identify need for, develop and implement processes and techniques to manage, track and report on wide variety of legal information and documents relating to formation of new entities; Legal entity management, including compliance and corporate governance requirements; Other regulatory or corporate legal actions; Corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and associated due diligence; litigation and government subpoenas; Assist with administration of employee equity programs; Manage risk management concerns of the company including maintaining corporate insurance program and ensuring records and files are electronically stored, indexed and, whenever possible, searchable, including track and manage lease agreements and other legal contracts; and Compose a variety of original legal documents under supervision of General Counsel, and gather information and make recommendation to General Counsel on questions requiring complex legal analysis.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an accredited institution;
