The Director of Marketing, Media is an integral leadership role on the US Consumer Marketing team focused on connecting with consumers to make the Invisalign brand the most consumer requested brand in orthodontics. We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to lead the strategy and execution of all paid marketing channels with a substantial budget, high-visibility partnerships, and aggressive growth targets. They will be leading this work with our partner media agency and in-house paid social team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong experience in and is passionate about developing innovative, groundswell programs that lead to evangelism and fuel brand awareness & consideration. This role also requires vast knowledge of the Influencer landscape, an understanding of influencer impact and how that directly translates into business growth. In this role, you will… Own total working media budget, marketing forecasting, and delivery against key business metrics Organize, coach, uplevel, and retain a team of channel experts across paid media channels to achieve aggressive growth at scale Identify growth opportunities and drive channel optimization, building a culture of innovation and hypothesis-driven experimentation Develop cross-channel strategies to support integrated campaigns, new product launches, and growth initiatives in partnership with other US Consumer Marketing members. Partner with cross-functional teams enhance and continue building best-in-class marketing data and technology capabilities Work closely with Analytics and Finance to optimize attribution methodologies, model and forecast ROI monitor and communicate performance to executive leadership, and drive marketing measurement optimization Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on driving integration and roll out of latest key digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll need … 10+ years related experience with deep expertise leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, TV, Video, Audio, Mobile, etc) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns Proven ability to manage at minimum 10 figure budgets and drive efficient revenue growth working in-house at a high-growth consumer brand Experience testing and scaling new marketing channels Understanding of vendors, tools, systems, and tactics across the evolving marketing landscape: Advertising/Media, Personalization/Targeting, Measurement/Attribution Data-driven decision making, able to triangulate across different datasets and varying degrees of data completeness to develop models and inform strategies Experience in growing and developing a team Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to set a vision and drive followership Ability to lead through ambiguity and dig into the details to solve. Bias to action while clearly keeping focus on operational discipline and desired/measurable results.
