Lead, analyze and present business analytics to support the global Brand. This includes the issuance of several standard monthly and quarterly reports as well as analytics for key brand meetings and general ad-hoc analyses. For all standard reports provide a summary of findings and recommendations to allow the brand to address risks and opportunities to the Brand's Annual Operating Plan. Review and monitor the alignment of the Demand Plan and Financial Estimate to understand and reconcile the gaps between them as part of the larger Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. Analyze KPIs and initiate actions. Lead the demand portion of SIOP. Identify sales opportunities at the category/product/market levels to optimize business initiatives. Create long range projections at the SKU and Subcategory levels for saleable and promotional products. Communicate updates to management and cross functional partners. Lead the development of new product forecasting guidelines for all markets working closely with Global Marketing, Product Development, and Finance as part of the Brand and Corporate Innovation Process. Work closely with Regional Brand and Demand Planning Teams to assure robust business plans are put in place. Review forecast assumptions and volumes throughout the project stages to drive for Regional and Market alignment to launch strategy. Assist the Brand with the SKU Portfolio Management process. Monitor the planned phase outs of existing items and assure they are timed with any linked successor SKU launches. Identify risks and opportunities to the demand plan and recommend demand actions. Drive for Promotional sufficiency . Monitor the usage plans for the Non-Saleable product portfolio which includes Samples, Gifts, Testers, and Collateral items. Identify and develop processes to enhance the Global Business Planning function and cross-functional collaborations. Drive for adherence to existing processes. Coordinate special projects as needed.

Strong analytical skills with excellent communication & influential abilities proven ability to work closely and effectively with cross functional partners and leadership team (across marketing, finance, supply chain). Strong analytical skills, strong excel skills, strong PowerPoint skills, strong presentation skills, strong knowledge of the demand planning process and business planning. Systems thinking mindset - ability to understand multiple interactions with the demand-driven Supply Chain. Excellent critical thinking skills and detail orientation. Inquisitive self-starter. Strong knowledge of Brands Go-To-Market strategies, brand positioning, and channel strategies. Knowledge of the Marketing, Marketing Research, and Finance functions is preferred.
