Job Responsibilities:As a LPN you will be responsible for the administering of medications to the residents as ordered by the attending physician, the nurse supervisor, charge nurse, and/or Director of Nursing Services. Job duties include (but are not limited to): Administer medications to residents. Refill and clean the stock cart. Administer medications in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures and practices of the facility and the requirements of the state. Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
