Do you have order processing experience? Do you have experience inputting invoices? CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep position for a Foundry and Surface Company located in Arlington!

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Arlington, TX 76011

Pay: $20 - $22/hr Based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process invoices

• Intake order over the phone and through email

• Follow up on client's orders and make sure they have been shipped and delivered

• Inventory control, following up with the warehouse inventory

• Inbound and Outbound calls

• Updating client information

• Flexible to help the team on other tasks

Requirements:

• REQUIRED 2+ years of Bookkeeping and Accounting experience

• REQUIRED 2+ years of Order Intake and invoice processing

• REQUIRED 2+ years of Customer Service Rep experience

• Great job stability - no more than 2 job in past 5 years

• STRONG data entry skills, 9,000 - 10,00 ksph

• Detailed oriented

• Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

• Eager to grow into a manger/leadership role later on

• Professional communication verbal and written

• High School Diploma or GED
