Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote; MUST LIVE IN DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TEXAS AREA

Pay: $18-$21/hr - depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Description: The Customer Relations Call Center Specialist is responsible for fielding in-bound calls from customers in the servicing of their mortgage and will be responsible for providing excellent service and knowledgeable responses to resolve customer concerns

Responsibilities Include:

Answer internal and external calls from the message center and respond to customer requests in a timely manner

Compare all possible customer service solutions and decide which solution best meets their need and circumstances

Effectively provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries

Complete escrow analysis, payoff requests, and handle credit bureau disputes

Manage account maintenance changes within servicing system

Adhere to operational controls, including; legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer mortgage assets

Adhere to all regulatory requirements by explaining policies and procedures courteously and patiently

Strong commitment to resolving customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service

Various duties as assigned

Job Requirements

1+ years of Mortgage experience preferred

1+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience preferred

Proven customer support experience

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Ability to work independently in a high volume environment

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Excellent communication (verbal, written and listening) skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
