Job Summary The Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing customer service support throughout the department by assisting callers and answering various billing questions. Follows up on patient accounts and forwards outstanding requests to the appropriate account representative or department. Processes customer payments via telephone and documents appropriately. Job Requirements Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Preferred: Customer service experience Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams Proficient Computer skills and operate billing software Medical Terminology Ability to multi-task & have attention to detail Excellent typing skills including using the 10 key pad Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A
