Title: Bilingual Case Worker

Location : Dallas, TX

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00m

Pay: $18.00/hr

Length of Assignment: long term

Job Description:

Receives, reviews and processes eviction cases for ERAP assistance; Contacts clients and landlords to discuss the program to receive consent of their participation; Completes and submits eviction diversion form to designated EHAP Case Manager; Coordinates with the designated EHAP Case Manager to provide missing or necessary documentation to process assistance; Assists the JP courts with necessary paperwork towards case resolution; Familiarity with current housing market information, housing trends and available affordable housing resources.

Requirements:

• MUST have a clear background and drug screen.

• Bachelor's degree in a job related field of study

• 1+ years clerical experience

• Self-starter

• Attention to detail

• Professional demeanor

• Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office

• Able to type 25-30 WPM

• Must be bilingual Spanish
