Arrow Solutions Group is seeking a Telephony Support Specialist. This is a fully remote opportunity. The candidate must be located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming or South Dakota. This full-time contract opportunity is expected to go a minimum of 12 months.  

Compensation: Starting at $25 / Hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Telephony support, ranging from basic to mid-level complexity
  • Password resets and basic troubleshooting
  • Determine issue resolution and resolve
  • Work assigned tickets in an appropriate time frame
  • Develop professional relationships with users
  • Maintain and update documentation
  • Escalate tickets as needed


  • 1-5 years of phone system experience and providing support to end users
  • Experience with Cisco and/or Avaya telephony systems required
  • Time management and task prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to be professional at all times
