In this position you will be an integral part of a newly formed Engineering team supporting Workstream Collaboration tools focused on enabling consistent workstream collaboration capabilities across the Enterprise. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that will be highly visible to the Enterprise. Partnering with other engineering teams, you will be working to optimize and automate our tools for best possible results, and enable productivity in support of business objectives by:

  • Triaging multi intake streams of requests and work to be able to make decisions and complete the requests in a timely manner for users
  • Creating patterns of automation maintenance, monitoring, security and compliance using industry and enterprise best practices
  • Continuously improving patterns and workflow by collecting and responding to feedback and key metrics
  • Looking to automate/improve current processes
  • Partnering with other teams on emerging best practices, patterns and technology
  • Working with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and improve sustainability
  • Experimenting with cutting edge technologies to find new ways of solving problems
  • Required Skills:
  • 2-5 years of professional IT experience
  • Experience with Workstream Collaboration concepts and tools (i.e. Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Slack, Trello)
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools or coding/scripting (i.e. Ansible, Terraform, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
  • Working knowledge of the AWS stack
  • Proactively learn emerging platforms and related technology
  • Ability to solve technical issues and enable/teach peers to be self sufficient.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems with little to no direction
  • Ability to articulate opinions to team members and share ideas
  • Experience with Agile methodologies/DevOps environment
  • Production support experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred:
  • DevOps Practitioner experience
  • Experience managing infrastructure and deploying applications in a microservices architecture
  • Software development background, experience with at least one scripting language
