 We are currently seeking a Solicitation Administrator to join our team.

Essential Functions:

  • Constant monitoring during the workday of multiple web portals looking for new bid opportunities, along with Amendments to current opportunities
  • Communication and distribution of bidding documents upon receipt
  • Responsible for all hard copy and electronic filing of bid documents within Estimating Department
  • Responsible for making electronic revisions to plans and specifications as project amendments are received
  • Responsible for maintenance and distribution of weekly estimating worklist
  • Responsible for maintaining bid results, and various bid records for Estimating and Accounting Departments
  • Maintain schedule of department personnel
  • Maintain / archive files for all projects within the company database
  • Perform database queries as requested by estimators and project managers
  • Facilitate and manage estimate review meetings across several departments
  • Ability to meet tight / hard deadlines
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  •   Requirements:

  • College course studies. Associate’s Degree or equivalent studies is preferred
  • Three years minimum experience in a comparable capacity where high attention to detail was a key component to the job:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with high level organization skills
  • Self-starter, willing to learn, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment
