We are currently seeking a Residential Program Manager with previous experience working in a DDA run facility. The RPM will be responsible for the day to day operations of the group home including but not limited to training and development of direct support professionals and the design and implementation of individual plan for each individual programs.


Assists and instructs individuals with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs

  • Designs and implements Individual Plan programs and collects data, as required
  • Assists and instructs individuals in all aspects of their IP and ensures that staff meet program frequency requirements
  • Supervises, supports and motivates all house staff.
  • Coaches and counsels staff to obtain professional and agency goals and objectives
  • Completes all personnel-related activities of the home
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Manages budgetary responsibilities within the home
  • “On-call” responsibility, as scheduled

  • A minimum of three to five years DDA experience, in a related field servicing children and adults, with developmental disabilities. 
  • Prior training related to care/services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Communication
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and working relationship with employees, individuals, physicians and families
  • Must have own transportation, a valid Maryland Driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
  • No lifting restrictions. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Clean criminal record and driving record
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Preferred candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Special Education, Social Work or related field
