Responsible for operation of recreation center and supervising/assisting with programs and special events at center and city An employee in this class is responsible for operating the recreation center and supervising/ assisting with primary programs within the center. Work includes:
A High School education is preferred
Valid North Carolina Driver’s License, Pass a City Drug Test and NC Background Check
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Physical Requirements – work in this position is light work, requiring exertion of up to 47 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amounts of force constantly to move objects. Employee must have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Working conditions may include both inside or outside working conditions; however, the majority of work is inside. Employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
