WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • High school diploma for equivalent 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Full time work in our Southgate, MI office- this position is not remote
     
     
  • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

  • Obtain information from customers and input into the computer 
  • Answer incoming calls 
  • Obtain orders from physicians prior to order generation
  • Obtain documentation and authorizations needed for customer orders
  • Schedule appointments for customers to pick up equipment
  • Any additional duties assigned
