WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High school diploma for equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Full time work in our Southgate, MI office- this position is not remote
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Obtain information from customers and input into the computer
Answer incoming calls
Obtain orders from physicians prior to order generation
Obtain documentation and authorizations needed for customer orders
Schedule appointments for customers to pick up equipment
Any additional duties assigned
