Job Description Summary

The successful candidate will play an important role in designing, delivering, and enhancing the learning and development experience for salaried associates in leadership roles. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders in HR and operations to ensure the organizations has the right technical and leadership development programs in place that yield impactful results for managers and teams, across functions and operations.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate learning and development gaps and needs, with the goal of creating high-quality learning assets (content, programs, and performance support) that develop leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Support managers and HRBPs as an internal consultant by exploring opportunities; clarifying problems; analyzing alternatives; providing recommendations.
  • Develop, implement, and conduct learning and development initiatives; Facilitates implementation of initiatives.
  • Develop course materials using industry-standard tools such as MS Office, Articulate Storyline, and Rise and publish within the Workday LMS.
  • Be part of a learning champions team that pursues best practices, creates and maintains tools, resources, course materials, and reference documents.
  • Administer and evaluate programs and learning activities to analyze the success and effectiveness of learning initiatives for individuals and groups, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Expert facilitation skills (virtual and instructor-led) and hybrid approaches.
  • Experience with project management and able to contribute to execution of project plans for learning and OD initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Required Skills and Education

  • 5-7 years in learning/development
  • BS or BA in HR, Leadership Development, Learning Technology, Instructional Design and Development, or related field.
