Each day will be different as you work alongside with others and solo to assist your internal customers in their IT needs. You will be managing Windows desktop workstations, helping troubleshoot system errors, and working to solve problems.. Job ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Support Specialist you will play an integral part within our client's Information Technology Department. This will involve assisting in a variety of IT functions, including working with end users on a variety of needs, and special projects.Specific duties in this role include: Support end-users across multiple sites Be able to work with through a variety of projects with varying complexity Test and deploy patches Managing Windows OS, remote management tools, creating scripts and batch files Administer the organizations Workstation Environment Assist with administration of O365, AD, Sharepoint Requirements We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who combines strong leadership and organizational skills, with solid prioritization and attention to detail abilities. You must have sound judgment and strong reasoning skills, as well as good analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively convey compliance policies.Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years related experience Workstation Administration Windows 10 Administration Experience with phone systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting i.e. SubNet Mask Ability to communicate effectively
