Job Details JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible to coordinate warehouse personnel and operations, and maintain effective communication with internal customers, and external suppliers. Responsibilities/Essential Duties Duties are listed in order of greatest importance. The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs. Processes all deliveries, including parcel, supplier, and truck, in a timely manner; Loads and unloads trucks with raw materials and finished goods. Delivers manufacturing raw materials in a timely manner to ensure. Coordinates the raw material and service parts cycle count programs. Coordinate the processing of manufacturing material through the sterilizer process. Maintains effective communication with the sterilizer regarding product status. Supports the customer service team to process returned materials and address customer complaints. Provides training and support to warehouse team members. Maintains cleanliness, efficiency, and operations within the warehouse. Supports the spare parts process, where applicable. Implement process changes, working towards continuous improvements Maintain a safe work environment Ensure that personnel follow all applicable MI’s, SI’s, SOP’s and cGMP’s. Support Shipping functions to maintain on time shipments. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Level H.S. Diploma or equivalent - Required Experience Level Experience with Industrial lifts - Required Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Required Experience using computerized Inventory Control Programs, such as Oracle EBS or SAP - Required Experience using computerized shipping systems, such as Precision - Required Skills Demonstrated written communication skills Strong verbal communication and listening skills Highly thorough and dependable Articulate and responsive to colleagues Effective interpersonal skills Excellent collaboration and team building skills Ability to lead/manage others Training/Certification Must achieve Fork Lift Certification - Required PHYSICAL DEMANDS A thorough completion of this section is needed for compliance with legal standards such as the Americans with Disabilities Act.
