We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Woodinville, WA. The role of Graphic Designer is to lead consumer-facing marketing initiatives for a variety of brands within the Estates portfolio. Conceptual ability, along with technical expertise in both digital and print, are essential for this position. Projects span packaging, 3D environmental, events, digital marketing and more. Looking for a passionate designer who is collaborative and strategic with art direction and high-end brand experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead ideation and execution of on-brand, forward-thinking creative solutions across a variety of media
  • Proactively self-manage multiple projects on different timelines from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Art direct internal and external design resources in collaboration with the Associate Creative Director.
  • Lead client presentations and advocate for creative concepts.
  • We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

    Design

  • Creative problem-solver with a demonstrated history of impactful design and brand executions.
  • Ability to translate client objectives into consumer-focused, high-level creative concepts.
  • Own the conceptual and visual connections between print, retail and digital collateral for a variety of brands.
  • Proactively manage project details such as timeline, hours forecasting, and external resource needs.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Direct to Consumer, Guest Services, Ecommerce, and Digital Engagement—in the development and implementation of projects.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • 5+ years demonstrated ability with strong portfolio of print and digital projects
  • Experience collaborating with copywriters
  • An eloquent ambassador for creative work and the creative group as a whole throughout the organization

  • Organized and efficient with the ability to assess and determine project priorities as well as handle work queues to meet timelines.
  • Adaptable, entrepreneurial problem solver open to new challenges
  • Enjoys taking ownership and responsibility; collaborates with others to ensure completion of projects
  • Passion for self-development; staying abreast of new technology and design strategies
  • Bachelor degree required
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
