Business Analytics Associate 8713 (H)A leading tech company is looking for a high-energy Business Analytics Associate with exceptional quantitative, communication, and project management skills. The successful candidate will support technology migration efforts with audits, stakeholder alignment, and overall migration. The company offers a great work environment!Business Analytics Associate Pay and Benefits: • Hourly pay: $60-$70/hr • Worksite: Leading professional networking and development company (San Francisco, CA 94105) • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PSLBusiness Analytics Associate Responsibilities: • Develop a deep understanding of the key sales metrics for each of the company's four lines of business. • Support technology migration efforts with audits, stakeholder alignment, and overall migration. • Design and oversee the development of GSO datasets and metrics to ensure consistency, accuracy, and availability. • Drive integration and adoption of these datasets across the GSO reporting and system ecosystem. • Ensure reporting needs are met for sales and support organizations in Dynamics, Power BI, or Tableau. • Support technology migration efforts with audits, stakeholder alignment, and overall migration.Business Analytics Associate Qualifications: • 3+ years of work experience. • 2+ years experience with SQL or Hive-QL. • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative fields, OR equivalent experience. • CRM data expertise: Knowledge of reporting and dashboarding with data from a CRM, preferably in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerBI. • Comfortable with data and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics and engage meaningfully in the big picture or overall strategy. • Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations. • Experience decomposing and solving real-world business problems, ideally building/using advanced Excel models. SQL and Tableau a plus. • Initiative and ownership: Ability to act with limited oversight on a day-to-day basis, balancing multiple priorities • Tech Industry or SaaS experience: Subject matter expertise in B2B sales processes and/or experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments.Job Type: • 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
